Following the Bushido code and reading Man 2.0 – Engineering the Alpha have given me a different perspective on training, discipline, and taking care of both body and mind. Incorporating high-intensity exercise and aerobic exercise into my routine has been essential for boosting human growth hormone production naturally. These effective forms of training help increase HGH secretion by stimulating the pituitary gland, which plays a crucial role in regulating growth hormone levels.

It’s now been 4 weeks since I started using Genotropin injections, and so far I’m feeling really good with no noticeable side effects. I dropped down to 78 kg recently, which I’m very happy with. I’ll be taking updated photos and body measurements soon to continue tracking progress.

  • Bicep: 37 cm

Alongside the injections, I’ve been focusing on diet and lifestyle changes, such as reducing sugar intake and improving sleep quality with the help of natural supplements like melatonin and gaba supplement. Quality sleep is critical for enhancing growth hormone production over the long term, as it promotes optimal HGH secretion during deep sleep cycles and supports metabolism.

To support muscle development and aid recovery, I’m also incorporating amino acid supplements, including arginine and glutamine, which can further help increase growth hormone levels naturally. These amino acids are integral to recovery, boosting metabolism, and targeting stubborn belly fat effectively.
